Jessica is known for her unique and calming voice that settles students into a quiet, meditative state, while her extensive knowledge and experience working with the human body helps students reach unexpected new depths in their practice.

With an intuitive teaching style that can shapeshift between Hatha-Raja and Vinyasa yoga, her classes offer physical and mental challenge and students are encouraged to look for the individual benefits of each posture, meditation, or exercise within themselves.

Jessica believes that "Determination and discipline are paramount to a transformational yoga practice, yet they are worth nothing if we take ourselves too seriously", and students are encouraged to laugh, to smile, to fall out of a pose, and to simply do their best- realizing that one's 'best' will be different at any point in time.
