Jessica Crow is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, who teaches for the revered Sri Dharma Mittra in Manhattan. She has over a dozen years experience in the healing arts, working with the body/mind connection, as well as a degree in Human Biology/ Behavioral Neuroscience. She teaches absolute beginners and experienced practitioners alike, and hosts regular advanced workshops in the city and around the East Coast.
Your sessions can include any amounts of asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), dhyana (meditation and self-reflection), or yoga nidra (healing sleep/deep guided relaxation sessions)- and will be customized to bring the results you want to see in your life now.
